Access Group Messages from iCloud Backup

Want to view your group messages from iCloud backup? Do you know how to access group messages from iCloud backup?

Generally, we couldn’t access our iCloud backup directly, so we couldn’t view our iPhone data from iCloud backup directly. But someone may see we can log in iCloud on PC, when we can see it, but with small image icon, and we couldn’t see it clearly. What should we do? If so, why should we done backup on iCloud?

Method 1. Restore Group Messages from iCloud Backup

As we could access iCloud backup directly, but we can restore those group messages from it first, then we check it.

1.Open your iPhone, and connect it with Wifi.

2.Go to Setting--General--Erase All Content and Settings, when all content and settings are erased, go to set up assistant with a hello screen.

3.Swipe to begin the set up progress, choose the files you need. Tap on “Restore Backup”, and confirm with “Restore”.



Remark: it doesn’t support us to restore our iPhone data selectively, and it will need us to erase all content and settings. So if you’re afraid of losing some other iPhone data, you can backup them first.

Method 2. Access Group Messages from iCloud Directly

Here, if you want to access your group messages from iCloud backup directly and selectively, we’ll need the help of iRefone.
