Convert iPhone Live Photos to GIF or Videos

“I want to convert my iPhone live photos to GIF and videos? But anyone can show me how to do it?”

Live photo is a kind of photo feature that makes our photos to life, and it looks like a video, but actually it’s not, it’s just a moving image. Also it will take more storage space of our iPhone, so some people may think about to convert iPhone live photos to GIF or videos. And here, we’ll show you how to do it.

How to Convert iPhone Live Photos to GIF

Before converting your iPhone live photos to GIF, please make sure you have updated your iPhone with iOS 11.

Step 1. Open Photo app on your iPhone, click Album tab to find the live photo album and find the live photos that you need to convert their format.



Step 2. Click the live photo you need to convert its format to open it, then swipe it up, and it will show up four effects. That is Live, Loop, Bounce and Long Exposure. And you can choose the one you need.



Step 3. And you can repeat this process, when finish it, you can find your GIF photos from new photo album which will be named Animated Album.



Convert Live Photos to GIF with Livey App

Step 1. Download Lively from your iTunes when you don’t have one on your iPhone.
