Launching your iTunes, connect your iPhone with PC, when it’s recognized. Go to Files--Summary, then click “Backup Now” at the right page, and confirm with “Backup”.
Remark: the storage of your iTunes depends on the storage of your PC, so you can save files as you like, only of your PC has enough storage space.
But it doesn’t supports us to do backup selectively, so we have to backup the whole folder; also we couldn’t restore them selectively, and we couldn’t preview the files before restoring when we need it.
Selectively Backup call history from iPhone to PC with iRefone

Step 3. When finish scanning and analyzing, you can preview and choose call history you need, tap on “Recover to PC”, and choose the folder path to save them.
