Red iPhone 7 Contacts Couldn't Sync to iCloud


“I’m sync my contacts from red iPhone 7 to iCloud, but failed. Why my red iPhone 7 contacts couldn’t sync to iCloud, how to fix it?”

Check the Connection of Internet

When sync iPhone data to iCloud, we’ll need to connect our iPhone with Wifi. When there is internet connection with our red iPhone 7, we couldn’t sync red iPhone 7 contacts to iCloud successfully.

If if doesn’t connect well, you can reset your network setting, go to Setting--General--Reset--Reset Network Setting, then reconnect your iPhone with Wifi.



Sign out iCloud and Restart your iPhone

When your iPhone is connected well with Wifi, and you couldn’t sync your red iPhone 7 contacts to iCloud. Please make sure if you’re logging in with same Apple ID and password.

Then sign out your iCloud, and restart your iPhone 7, and log in it with your Apple ID and password again to have a try.

Set iCloud as Default Account

Maybe you need to set your iCloud as default account, see below steps.

Go to Setting--Contacts--Default Account--iCloud, then it’ll be ok.

Check iCloud Storage

When our iCloud storage space is full, it also doesn’t allow us to sync any iPhone data. Now check if your iCloud storage is full.

Go to Setting--iCloud--iCloud Storage, then you can see how many storage space are used, and how many are left.

If your iCloud storage is full, you’ll need to delete some files you don’t need, or choose other method to backup them, or buy more iCloud storage space.
