Way 1. Backup Photos from iPhone to PC with USB cable

Step 1. Connect your iPhone to PC with its original USB cable, when it’s recognized by computer, go to your photos files.

Step 2. Copy your iPhone photos and paste them to your computer photo folder or create a new photo folder.

Then your photos in iPhone will be backup in your PC.

Way 2. Backup Photos from iPhone to PC with iTunes

As we know, we can do backup on iTunes, we can also restore files from iTunes to our PC, so we can backup photos from iPhone to PC by using iTunes.

Step 1. Launching your iTunes, and connect your iPhone with PC, go to Files--Summary, then tap on “Backup Now” on the right page, and confirm with “Backup”.

Step 2. When finish backup, go to Files--Summary, you’ll see your backup file lists on the left side bar, choose the one you need, click “Restore from Backup”, and confirm with “Restore”.

Then you’ll have your photos on your PC.



Remark: it won’t allow you to preview the photos and you couldn’t do the restore selectively.

For Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
For Mac ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
