Backup iPhone Notes on PC



Notes App can let us take quick notes, in this way, it can help us remember somethings, like feeling, plan and inspiration ect, so we’re using it frequently. Also we can sync them to iCloud, iTunes and gmail, in case we lost some of them. but not everyone knows how to backup iPhone notes on PC. So in this article, you’ll find 3 ways to backup your iPhone notes on PC.

Backup iPhone Notes on PC with Gmail

First, you need to add Gmail account on your iPhone.

Step 1. Go to Settings--Mail, Contacts, Calendars--Add Account--Google, then put in the information for Google account you need and follow the instructions on the screen.

Steps 2. Now we’ll need to enable Notes for that account. Tap on “Setting” on the home screen, go to “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”, then you’ll see anything listed below the account is enabled for that account. For personal Gmail account, Mail, Contact and Calendars are enabled, but not notes.

Step 3. Then tap on “Notes” button, to make it ON with green color. Then go to home screen and tap on “Notes”, and in the Notes App, we’ll see a selection of Gmail. Any notes created on this account will be synced to Gmail.



When you log in your Gmail on a browser, you can see the notes, but you couldn’t create your own folder in Google account in your Notes App, you can only add notes to the default “Notes” folder.

Backup iPhone Notes on PC with iCloud

When it comes to iPhone data sync, backup or export, we’ll think about iTunes with no doubt, it can do all of that for us.
But iTunes just couldn’t export Notes, so we may try to use iCloud to help us..

Step 1. Click “Setting” button, go to “iCloud”, then log in it with Apple ID and password, and enable iCloud option.

Step 2. After “Notes” option is enabled, click on “Notes” and select “iCloud” as the default medium for transferring purpose.

Step 3. Then all your notes will be synced to iCloud. The notes can be accessed from internet by entering your iCloud .

Tips: You can read your notes on computer, but you just couldn’t save it to your computer.

Backup iPhone Notes on PC with iRefone
