Different Ways to access data in iCloud

How do you access data in iCloud? Now follow this article, we’ll introduce you two typical ways to access data in iCloud.

“I recently do iPhone data backup in iCloud, now i want to access data in iCloud to check if they’re ok. Because it’s my first time to do backup in iCloud, so i want to make sure I’m doing it in proper way and I could find the files when i need them.”

Access Data in iCloud with Third-Party Software iRefone.

The easiest way for us to access iPhone data on iCloud is using iRefone.

Step 1. Run iRefone, choose “Recover from iCloud Backup”, then log in iCloud with your Apple ID and password.



Step 2. Then the files in your iCloud backup will show up, you can click “Download” at the end of the files you need to check.



Step 3. When download is finished, you can click the data you need with its icon in the new interface.



Step 4. Wait a few seconds for scanning and analyzing, then you can preview the files you need to check, or you can restore them to your PC by clicking “Recover to PC”. For example, “WeChat messages”.



Access Data in iCloud via Web Browser

If you have lots of time and good at file consolidation, you can try to access data in iCloud via web browser.
Apple allows us to access iCloud via web browser from any computer, so we can view data in iCloud through web browser.

Step 1. Open the web browser on your PC, and go to iCloud.com. Then log in your Apple ID and password.

Step 2. Now view the files in iCloud you have backup, you can also click iCloud Drive to view files in it.

Remark: There is no backup lists for for you to view all contents in the backup, like call history, messages ect, and some of them may only with small icon.
