Use marched Charger
If you’re using some other chargers which is not the original one, please revise it and try again. Because when you’re using the wrong cable or charger, it’ll be the reason causing charging problems.
Reset your iPad
Many issues can be fixed by resetting your device.
Press and hold down ON/OFF button, when you’re holding on ON/OFF button, press and hold down Home button until the screen turn back on and Apple logo appears.
Check the lighting cable
Please check if the lighting cable is workable for your other device, when it’s not working, please change your lighting cable, it’s maybe damaged.
Turn off your iPad and charge it
Press and hold down sleep/weaken button, turn off your iPad and slide to power off, then charge your iPad.
Restore your iPad with iTunes
Launching your iTunes, connect your iPad with your PC. when it’s recognized, it will prompt a message “Restore”, then follow the steps.
