Recover lost WhatsApp photos from your Photo Album
There is a feature in WhatsApp that your media files will be auto saved to your Photos album, it’s default setting.
So you can go to your Photos Album to check your WhatsApp photos. If you have turn off “Auto Download Media Files” on your WhatsApp, you’ll couldn’t find those pictures.
Recover lost WhatsApp photos on iPhone with iRefone
When you couldn’t find your WhatsApp photos by first method, you can try to use third-party software recovery tool iRefone, which supports three recovery modes. That is Recover from iOS Device, Recover from iTunes backup and Recover from iCloud backup. It also supports you to recover iPhone data, like contacts, notes, messages, photos, WhatsApp messages ect selectively.
